Covid-19 : impanuro 8 zobafasha gukingira abana banyu mu kubaganiriza kuri ico kiza

Abatari bake bamaze kurengerwa n’ivyo twumva hirya no hino bivugwa ku kiza ca Coronavirus (Covid-19). Ntibitangaje ko ivyo abavyeyi bibaza, n’abana babo bitabasiga uko vyabasanze. Ikibabaje rero, ni uko bigora cane abakiri bato kwitondera inkuru ziva irya n’ino ku mboneshakure n’imbuga ngurukanabumenyi zivuga ico kiza na rirya bisanzwe bizwi ko bakarirwa n’ishavu, umubabaro n’imyitwarariko. Niho rero baba bakeneye uwubafasha kubatahuza uko bakwiye kwifata mu bihe nk’ibi. Izi mpanuro zikaba zatanzwe na UNICEF.

1. Babaze ibibazo vyumvikana hanyuma mwumvirize inyishu batanga

Muzire umuziro ntimuhirahire ngo mwirengagize ibibazo bababaza canke ngo mubisuzugure. Bereke ko mubatahura kuba bagira ubwoba bw’ iyo ndwara, ko ari ibisanzwe kwumva ubwoba mu bihe nk’ibi. 2. Mubabwize ukuri : mubasigurire vyose mu buryo buhuye n’imyaka yabo

Mubumvishe ko hari amakuru y’ibinyoma aguma atembera ku mbuga zitandukanye, ko ari vyiza kwizera abahinga.

3. Basigurire ingene bokwirinda bagakingira n’abagenzi babo

Inzira yo kurinda abana banyu ikiza koronavirisi n’izindi ndwara iroroshe cane: ni ukubabwiriza kwitwararika isuku mu gukaraba iminwe neza kenshi gashoboka. Mu kubibayagira mwirinde kubatera ubwoba. 4. Mubahumurize

Wihweje amasanamu aca ku mbuga ngurukanabumenyi no ku mboneshakure, biroroshe ko abana babibona bata umutwe, bakabona ko ibara riguye isi igira yubame. Bafashe rero abana banyu bumve ko baremye, mubahe akanya ko gukina bidagadura. Muborohereze kandi mubandanye mubaha indero uko mwahora, mu kubatunganiriza imisi nk’uko vyahora. 

Nimba muba mu karere kamaze gufatwa n’ico kiza, guma mwibutsa abo bana banyu ko bobo kitazobafata, ko n’abafashwe bataremvye cane kandi ko abaganga bariko bakora uko bashoboye kwose kugira bakingire abana n’imiryango yanyu.

Mubumvishe ko bumvise batameze neza, iciza boguma mu mihana yabo canke bakaja ku bitaro kuko ari ho honyene hizewe. Mubasigurire ko naho hataryoshe kuba, ari vyiza gukurikiza amabwirizwa n’impanuro z’abaganga ku neza y’abantu bose.

5. Mumurinde gukomereka ku mutima no gukomeretsa abandi

Kuva iki kiza caduka, ikumirwa rishingiye ku rukoba ryariyongereye hirya no hino kw’isi. Ni ukwiyubara abana banyu ntibabe mu bakomeretsa abandi canke ngo bakomeretswe mu gukumir(wa)

Mubumvishe ko ico kiza ataho gihuriye n’urukoba rw’umutu, iyo akomoka, ururimi avuga canke ivyiyumviro vyiwe. Mubabwire ko ari vyiza kwitura umuntu akuze mu gihe cose akorewe ikosa ryo gutukwa, guturubikwa no gukumirwa kw’ishure canke mw’ibarabara.

6. Mubahe uburorero bwiza bubatera intege

Mubereke utwigoro turiko turakorwa n’abakora mu gisata c’amagara y’abantu, abahinga n’abarondezi, eka mbere n’urwaruka atako rutagira ngo ruhamagarire abantu kwikingira ico kiza kiranduranwe n’imizi.  Ivyo birahumuriza abo bana.  

7. Mwirinde

Kugira mushobore gufasha abana banyu, ni ngombwa ko namwe muba mushoboye kwikingira. Abana barabona igihe cose inyifato mugira mu gihe muronse amakuru kanaka kandi na bo baratekana mu gihe babonye mugumye muremye kandi mushoboye kwitwara neza mu bihe bigoye. 

Igihe mwumvise munaniwe no kwiremarema ukwihebura kukabatera, mufate akanya ko kuba mwenyene canke kumwe n’abaryango, abagenzi, canke abizigirwa banyu mu kibano. Mufate akanya namwe ko kwidagadura no kwinezereza. 

8. Mwitondere neza uko musozera ibiyago vyanyu

Ni vyiza ko abana banyu badasigarana amakenga canke ngo basigarane umwiheburo inyuma y’ikiyago canyu na bo. Uko ikiyago kigenda, ja murihweza neza uko agashavu n’umubabaro ugenda uragabanuka ku bana banyu, musuzume inyifato yabo, ijwi n’ukuntu bahema ( bashikana canke badashikana). 

Mubabwire ko bashobora kuza mukabandanya muvugana kuri ico kiza umwanya wose bavyipfuza, mubumvishe ko mubumvira impuhwe, ko mubateze yompi igihe cose bafise ikibazo kuri ico kiza.
