Théo Ngwabidje clarifies that compliance with these measures is mandatory for everyone under penalty of sanctions.
A few measures are worth noting. First is the imposition of a curfew from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Next is the strict application of barrier gestures. Notably the mandatory wearing of masks, physical distancing, hand washing and temperature checks.

With regard to festive ceremonies and meetings, the governor indicates that only twenty people are authorized to gather.
He also prohibits all public demonstrations, artistic performances and fairs.
The continuation of sporting competitions remains behind closed doors but the deceased will be transported directly to the burial site, without any ceremony.
According to the governor, churches and drinking establishments will operate before the curfew while scrupulously respecting barrier gestures.
He insists on the continuation of mandatory testing for domestic travelers and those coming from abroad as well as those leaving for abroad.
