This new start will be marked by the appointment of a government of the Sacred Union for the Nation, the team of Prime Minister Sama Lukonde. One of the important points on the agenda of this ordinary session is the presentation and investiture. The Prime Minister, already appointed, has had to consult the various components of Congolese society, political actors, members of civil society and other personalities who have adhered to the vision of President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi.
Other points are on the agenda and they risk being divisive, particularly concerning the renewal of the Independent National Electoral Commission. The question has been under discussion in Parliament since October. Who to replace Corneille Nangaa at the head of the Céni (Independent National Electoral Commission)? The various components of civil society have failed to reach an agreement. A leader of a religious denomination is calling for greater visibility on this issue and denounces the FCC's attempt to impose Ronsard Malonda through evangelical churches. Other prerequisites such as the census or identification of the population are expected for the 2023 elections. The debates are open for this ordinary March session
