The Prime Minister has begun consultations that will lead to the formation of the first government of the post-FCC-Cach alliance era. Political groupings, socio-professional organizations and civil society will be received by the Prime Minister. The task will not be easy for Sama Lukonde, who must consult, among others, the 24 political groupings that make up the Sacred Union, the new platform of Félix Tshisekedi.

The leaders of political parties, deputies and senators were invited by the Prime Minister. To each delegation, Sama Lukonde presented the process that will lead to the formation of the new government.
He outlined the main pillars of his program, which center notably on securing the eastern part of the country and fighting poverty.
He also presented the criteria for being part of this team: morality, integrity, competence, experience and a clean criminal record are among the requirements of the new Prime Minister. He also announced to the leaders of political groupings that future ministers, once designated, will sign a code of ethics.
The political forces that make up the new majority are also called upon to present three candidates for each ministerial portfolio while taking into account the representation of vulnerable people, women and youth.
For this Monday, the Prime Minister notably met with the AFDC-A of Bahati Lukwebo.
These consultations will continue until next Saturday.
