Gathered at the Osaka Central Public Hall, a designated historical monument in Japan, 65 representatives from local organizations and citizens participated in a forum dedicated to promoting peace and dialogue.

In a global context marked by geopolitical tensions and challenges related to social cohesion, representatives from community organizations, association leaders, and engaged citizens gathered on June 7, 2026, at the Osaka Central Public Hall in Japan to participate in an exchange forum focused on promoting peace and local solidarity.
Organized by the Kobe branch of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), this meeting brought together 65 participants from various backgrounds. The stated goal was to foster the creation of a sustainable cooperation network within the Osaka region of Japan, capable of uniting actors from different cultures, nationalities, and sensitivities around a common vision of peace.
Beyond speeches, the forum aimed to connect engaged actors in various fields to encourage the emergence of joint projects. Discussions highlighted the importance of a local approach to peace, based on listening, cooperation, and citizen participation.
According to the organizers, peace cannot be envisioned solely through international institutions or political decisions. It is also built within communities, through human relationships, associative initiatives, and daily actions that promote mutual respect.
This vision resonated positively with several organization leaders present, who expressed interest in the programs and activities conducted by HWPL. Participants also agreed to continue exchanges beyond this meeting to identify concrete collaboration pathways.
"This meeting made me understand that peace is not a distant or abstract idea, but it can start with the smallest gestures. I want to act at my level by expressing my gratitude towards the people around me. These simple gestures contribute to the happiness of others, and this happiness is then transmitted to other people. I felt that this is how the circle of peace gradually expands," declared Yusei Damashima, a member of the organization PEACE ACTION QUEST.
At the end of the discussions, participants agreed on the need to continue their joint efforts to strengthen the local network and encourage concrete initiatives for peace.
In a society where social and cultural challenges require collective responses, this initiative reflects the willingness of many local actors to make dialogue and cooperation essential levers for building lasting peace.
