Last September, RMB, a South African bank, published the ranking of the most attractive countries for investors. Three countries of the East Africa Community among the 10 best where the business environment is conducive during and after Covid-19. These are Rwanda which occupies 4th place, Kenya in 9th place, and Tanzania in 10th position.
The target investment elites in Africa are largely determined based on the principles of economic business and the operational circuit of enterprises. Yet this year's strategy takes into account important factors namely fiscal outcomes and growth plans, which are absolute to the affinity of investments during this period of the pandemic.
As investors target real assets in an economy and seek to grow businesses, RMB's ranking this year revealed the most attractive African countries in this field. This report determines the impact of Covid-19 by analyzing actual and potential successes during and after the pandemic.

Rwanda came in first place thanks to the efforts it has made to improve its business environment. Furthermore, thanks to its National Transformation Strategy (NST); various investors will be able to support the construction and energy sectors in the following years.
The second is Kenya thanks to its government's determination in implementing the Big Four plan. This plan emphasizes access to industrialization, universal health coverage, food security as well as affordable housing.
Finally, Tanzania occupies third place because of its rapid development in previous years. This growth can be attributed to the government's consistent commitments in key secondary and tertiary sectors. Namely advances in the energy, telecommunications and finance sectors.
