During his campaign, Évariste Ndayishimiye, alias Neva, indicated that once he wins the election, he will do everything possible to ensure that no Burundian is threatened by hunger or poverty, which according to him would lead to holding out a hand to Westerners, a source of dishonor for the nation of Ntare.
For the health sector, Neva plans to promote good health by making a health worker available on all the hills of the country who will be tasked with alerting to sick people so that the commune can send a communal ambulance to transport the patient to the hospital if necessary.
Candidate Ndayishimiye states that in the education field, it will be promoted under his government so that programs related to technology in its various branches take center stage and each hill must have a primary school. Students who fail the national ninth-year exam will be awarded certificates proportional to their level. This will help reduce the unemployment rate according to him.
The industrial sector is also in the sights of the said candidate for the head of the Republic of the Drum. Training technicians who will manage industries, namely the transformation of minerals, water, agropastoral production and plants to produce various products for export to obtain foreign currency.
In the agropastoral field, Neva indicates that once elected, his government will proceed with the continuous provision of selected seeds, fertilizers and livestock. He also promises that a farmers' bank will be created.
At a time when state officials are observed who fear retirement, the CNDD-FDD candidate in the presidential election says that retirees will have access to free healthcare and a salary equal to or roughly equal to what he received while still in office. This is so that people who are not tired by age but physically active remain in service.
